We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions to Pulse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order.
• Or contact our support team at support@derouiche.me and we will help you process the refund.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds are returned to the original payment method.

After the 30-day period

After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals via your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
